With hundreds of successful projects delivered, that goal has been accomplished. Chee Yong now uses his years of experience in programming and leading tech teams to mentor Swag Soft’s developers to deliver robust bespoke software solutions for our clients.
Chiew Ming Hui
Featured by the Singapore Business Review as one of Singapore’s top 10 Tech Geeks in 2013, Ming Hui is Swag Soft’s Project Director and works closely with clients to help them with app design through to development. He is often highly regarded by clients for his detailed and methodical approach in seeing a project from concept to delivery.
With more than a decade’s worth of experience lending creative direction to mobile apps, games, TV and radio commercials and digital marketing campaigns, Edi leads Swag Soft’s creative team to deliver aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly UI/UX experiences for mobile apps and games.
Lead VR Developer
One of the world’s leading VR game developers, Chalit was responsible for spearheading the efforts to produce Sairento VR – a global top selling VR game. Intimately familiar with VR, Chalit helps clients design the best experiences that leverage on VR’s immersive prowess.
Special Projects Manager
Formally from the Media Development Authority of Singapore, Ethan was responsible for overseeing projects and policies related to the video games industry. Prior to that, he was in charge of managing production pipelines and development teams at an international game company to help maximize creative efforts and ensure smooth delivery. Today, he brings along his experience to Swag Soft to help clients see their ideas to fruition.
Nana Nyarko Mensah
Nana landed an international scholarship to obtain a Master’s Degree from the National
University of Singapore. But his passion for UX and programming made him pick up relevant skills on his own which eventually landed him a role in Swagsoft.
Prior to his time in Swagsoft, he was a founding member for a start-up in Singapore, which
went from USD $0 to $1 million in revenue in 7 months.
He is exceptionally passionate about creating a pleasant experience for clients, so that they
will always return for more. His motto is, “If they say NO!, I say WHY not?”
A dependable pillar of Swag Soft, Robin has been with us since graduating from the University of Wollongong and his expertise covers iOS coding, database design, server maintenance, client-server scripting and administrative tasks. To date, he has over a decade’s worth of programming experience under his belt.
A talented graphics artist and animator, Sandy has been involved in producing artwork and animation for many of Swag Soft’s projects.
A graduate from NTU majoring in Digital Animation and FZD School of Design with a diploma in Entertainment Design, Kay Shim helps conceive character and environment concepts and illustrations.
A video producer that loves dogs, Jude has been involved in videos and animations since 2015 and is currently producing video projects for Swagsoft, creating colorful and fun videos for viewers all over the world

Nhan is a Computer Science graduate from Ton Duc Thang University in Vietnam.
As the Chief Representative of Swag Soft Vietnam, he has helped to build the team from scratch. Known for his strict but nurturing attitude towards his colleagues, Nhan is responsible for imparting the core values of Swag Soft to all members within the Vietnam team.
A person who shows true dedication and integrity, his respect is well earned by his colleagues.

Thanh graduated with a degree for Computer Science from the University of Industrial in Vietnam. He is self-motivated, hard-working and dedicated towards maintaining welfare of the team.
As one of the pioneers of Swag Soft Vietnam, he was instrumental in spearheading and helping to the build up the team. In charge of the welfare of the entire team, Thanh helps to plan activities that makes working in Swag Soft more fun and life rewarding.
Well respected by his peers, he is like a big brother to everyone within the company.
Dat embodies the quality of being imaginative and energetic, always seeking to add novelty in his projects. He strives to perfect each project by constantly picking new knowledge in the field of Computing Science. Besides developing applications, Dat strives to be an outstanding game developer in future.

Hoang is well versed in both PHP and NodeJS. He picked up programming in high school and has since enjoyed it very much.
A graduate from IT majoring in Information System, Yu Jin has great zeal in making game. He fancies picking up new techniques and keeps himself updated on the global games industry. Despite his young age, Yu Jin is an ace game developer in the making!
A graduate of Computer Science from the University of Technology in Ho Chi Minh, Bao enjoys playing games and dreams of creating epic games.
